Fidelity allow to save bitcoin in retirement accounts

Fidelity Investments plans to provide customers with the opportunity to accumulate bitcoins in retirement savings accounts. The consent of the employer is required to start the process.

This summer, this option will become available to employees of 23,000 companies. Fidelity is using their funds to manage its $2.7 trillion retirement plans.

The management fee will be 0.75% – 0.9% of AUM depending on the amount of investment and the type of Fidelity clients. It is also expected to charge trading commissions.
