A Ukrainian farmer from Olyshivka near Kyiv is selling three Russian tanks as NFTs and physical objects on OpenSea, with a starting price of 250 Ethers. This intriguing offer includes the locations of hidden tanks within the NFT itself, visible only to the owner. Each ad describes the level of damage sustained and how well the author has hidden the tanks.
The listings suggest that the amounts raised will go towards rebuilding the agriculture in the region by buying the machines destroyed in the war. The owner also states that the tanks were ethically sourced, meaning no humans were harmed, as they were found abandoned.
They proceed to add that the buyer must find ways to ship them from near Kyiv to wherever they want. Although owning Russian tanks as NFTs and physical objects may seem like a good idea, it would be legally almost impossible for a civilian to ship tanks to any location. Military, however, would not have the same problem.
